Drop-in is required to update manufacturer's inventory when machines are shipped acrossborder

In order to successfully complete the drop-in we require the full configurations file of the device which will be shipped overseas. In case the devices are already in the country of destination it is possible to complete the drop-in by sending us a photo of the tag of the machines showing type, model and serial number.
